How to sync camera

Pre-Check List

  1. Please connect the power to the system and the camera.
  2. Make sure both devices have power and turned on.
  3. Have the system and the camera close to each other.
  4. Check your camera Gen type by checking the dongle type on your camera:
    5. Camera Generation Type 1
    Camera Generation Type 1
    Camera Generation Type 2
    Camera Generation Type 2

    Generation Type 1 has Ethernet port
    Generation Type 2 has Sync Button

  5. Alternatevely, you can also check the serial number on your camera and determine the camera gen type.
