What if I cannot get any display on TV from the NVR system

This is caused by resolution compatibility issue, please follow the instruction below to resolve it.

  1. Connect the NVR to any other monitor/TV via VGA or HDMI to see if you can enter the menu.
  2. When you are able to see the menu, click right on the mouse to bring up the main menu and go to ‘System Setup > General > Screen resolution’change the resolution to 1080p@60 and click ‘Apply’ to save the setting.
  3. The system will automatically reboot and the new resolution will be set.
  4. Turn off the system and reconnect the NVR system back to primary monitor/TV via HDMI and you should be able to get the system up and running.
