The default output resolution of the NVR is 1280*1024, which may not be compatible with some monitor/TV.
What if I cannot get any display on TV from the NVR system
This is caused by resolution compatibility issue, please follow the instruction below to resolve it.
- Connect the NVR to any other monitor/TV via VGA or HDMI to see if you can enter the menu.
- When you are able to see the menu, click right on the mouse to bring up the main menu and go to ‘System Setup > General > Screen resolution’change the resolution to 1080p@60 and click ‘Apply’ to save the setting.
- The system will automatically reboot and the new resolution will be set.
- Turn off the system and reconnect the NVR system back to primary monitor/TV via HDMI and you should be able to get the system up and running.
